Now420.shop’s primary objective is to provide customers with a smooth, honest, and worry-free shopping experience. As such, we would like to outline our policies below to provide clarity as to how we process all orders placed through our store.

Delivery information

While we strive to send out and ship all orders as soon as possible, the delivery timeframes provided are simply an estimate. These timeframes can be adversely impacted by factors beyond our control (such as holiday closures, carrier delays, etc.).

It is highly recommended to place your order well in advance of peak season.

Requests for replacement products due to delayed/ missing order

Delayed or missing orders will have their replacement request processed under the following conditions:

  • Normal circumstances – within 3 business days.
  • Holidays, strikes, peak periods – within 5 business days.

Missing /incorrect product Claims

To claim that a product was missing or incorrect upon receipt, please complete the following steps:

  • Take a clear, uninterrupted video recording of the package opening
  • Include the following in the video:
    • Shipping label
    • Unopened package
    • Contents of unopened package

Video evidence must be shared privately with our support team via email upon request.

Lost orders & replacement

Any orders delivered using trackable services which are subsequently deemed “lost” by the carrier shall be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

Where tracking indicates that the order has been “delivered”, we are reliant on the carrier confirming this. No replacements or Refunds will be issued in such cases.

Returns Policy

Given the type of products offered by now420 shop, for hygiene and privacy reasons returns are not accepted.

Refund Policy

Once payment for an order has been confirmed, no Refunds will be made.

Under the following conditions only shall a refund be considered:

  • When an approved replacement is provided
  • Product arrived damaged or defective

If your product is received damaged:

  • Do not open or use the product
  • Send clear photos and details of issue to our support team via email

Privacy and discretion

We respect your right to remain private.

  • All orders are sent via discreet, unmarked packages
  • There is no description of products or company name (branding) on the outside of any package
  • Now 420 shop keeps all customer information confidential and do NOT sell nor share this information with other companies (third party), unless to complete your order, or as legally required to.
