Shipping

These Shipping Terms (“Shipping Terms”) are included in our Terms of Use and relate to all orders placed through https://now420.shop. When you place an order with us, you also accept the Shipping Terms along with all of our other policies. The Shipping Terms take precedence over any conflicting language contained in our website terms should there be a conflict between them concerning shipping and/or delivery.

1. SHIPPING AREA

At present, we ship exclusively within Portugal. Packages can be sent to the following types of locations:

  • Residential Addresses
  • Commercial/Office Addresses
  • Post Office Box (if the courier supports it)

It is the obligation of each customer to ensure their delivery address at checkout is both correct and complete.

2. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH OF ORDERS

We strive to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Average processing time is approximately two working days.

The processing time may extend beyond this average due to the following:

  • Holiday Weekends
  • High Demand/Peak Periods
  • Courier Delays

All shipping/delivery estimates contained herein are approximate and do not constitute a promise of completion.

3. PACKAGING AND DISCRETION

All packages containing our products are packaged discreetly and are shipped in unmarked, plain boxes.

  • There are no product labels or logos on the outside of the package.
  • Each box contains sufficient protection for its contents while traveling.

4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & COURIER SERVICES

Your orders are shipped through third party couriers. Upon shipment, all responsibility regarding timely delivery and care passes from us to the carrier.

We are not liable for any delay in the delivery of your order resulting from any one of the following:

  • Disruptions/Cancellations/Delays by Courier Services
  • Weather Conditions
  • Labor Strikes/Public Holidays
  • Inaccurate/incomplete information regarding the recipient’s address

5. STOCK AVAILABILITY & ORDER LIMITATIONS

Availability of stock will determine whether we can fulfill each order. We retain the authority to limit how many units of each item you may purchase on a single order or across multiple orders. Additionally, we can refuse/cancel an order at our discretion. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will offer alternatives as available.

Should we be unable to provide the item(s) ordered, we will notify you via the e-mail address entered into your account prior to completing your order.

6. BILLING, FEES AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

When you place an order, you authorize our payment processor(s), (“the Payment Processors”), to deduct your chosen payment method for the:

  • Price of Product
  • Cost of Shipping
  • Fees Applicable to Your Order

You are responsible for paying bank charges/payment provider fees incurred when making payments using your credit card/debit card.

7. FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS

Because of the specific nature of our products and for sanitary/consumer safety concerns:

  • Once your payment has cleared, all purchases are non-refundable/non-returnable
  • Returns/exchanges are not permitted unless we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect). 

In such cases, refunds/replacements are governed by our Customer Service Policy as well as Portuguese Consumer Law.
